Simon is an experienced aviation engineer, his career has included reliability and safety, aircraft maintenance planning, and aviation systems performance for major international airlines. Now relocated to coastal Cornwall and with a love of all things marine, Simon is applying his extensive skills towards promoting carbon reduction within the maritime industry.

Nathan's career on the seven seas spans over 20 years during which time he worked his way up from Cadet to Captain, ultimately becoming a very experienced deep-sea Master Mariner. Working for the likes of the Royal Fleet Auxiliary Service, BP, P&O, Stena and Crystal Cruises to name a few. Nathan came ashore in 2016 and set up Natha

Working for the likes of the Royal Fleet Auxiliary Service, BP, P&O, Stena and Crystal Cruises to name a few. Nathan came ashore in 2016 and set up Nathan Mills Marine, which quickly became a flourishing maritime consultancy enjoying successful instructions from all the major P&I Clubs and maritime law firms.
Nathan is also a supporting member of the LMAA. He is known for his detailed and logical approach to maritime matters.
